In a saucepan, reduce a 1/4ish cup of balsamic vinegar by half. Add a tablespoon or two of butter, stir until melted, then spoon it over a bag of microwave popcorn.
I can't stop eating this stuff. It almost has a caramel corn essence to it. I don't know how to explain it. All I know is I think it's delicious. My parents don't agree though, so maybe it's one of those things where you either love it or hate it. Except they didn't hate it, they just thought it was too strong. If you're not a big balsamic vinegar fan like I am, you could always just use less vinegar.
