I'm assuming that is a dog, but I'm not 100% sure. I think maybe there's a little warthog in there too.
But then again, the face is a little hyena-ish.

i would pee in my pants if i came across that "thing" in a dark alley. or a well-lit alley. or a crowded street in the daylight. basically anywhere i came across that "thing" i'd be scared.
He definitely puts the Ugliest Dog in Peru to shame! I think he's growing on me a little bit. Even God's ugliest creatures need love, right?
